No Social Group Influence Required for Promotion

Removes the Social Group (Rebel, Nerd) influence requirement for promotions in the University Careers (Art Appraiser, Videogame Developer).

Note: The Sports Agent career (Jock) is unchanged because it never required Social Group influence.

This mod is meant to be used alongside a mod that removes Social Groups from the game. For example, this (https://modthesims.info/d/676492/no-social-groups.html) one.

And preferably alongside one that allows access to University Careers without groups or cheats, like this (https://web.archive.org/web/2023091...nce-levels.html) one. Unfortunately this old mod is no longer available for download. If anyone knows of an up-to-date one, please let me know.

This is my first published mod. It should be pretty simple and I've tested it in my game and it works fine, but if there are any problems, please don't hesitate to say something.
