This is a little trailer home I made with the goal of making the cheapest possible house that still looks like something. There is no shower or bathtub in the house because I have a mod that lets you take a sponge bath in the sink at will so I don't totally need one. If you don't have such a mod, I would recomend putting a tub back behind the build or something.

Anyway it costs 3,940 Simoleons, it's on a 1x1 lot, and it uses no CC.
If you really needed to cut costs down, you could get rid of the fake wheels I put on the build because they don't actually do anything, but I thought they were a nice touch.
