Thank you for the trust and that you picked me from all of the builders. I really appreciate it!

As I firstly saw this house in original version I thought that I can add some dimentions into it, paint the outside walls into different colors and make this house resemble the Disney's Encanto Casita.
But then I realised that Monty family are more Italian and "Encanto" takes place in South America in Columbia...
So I changed my mind and made this house to look like typical Italian villa. And I'm glad that I did because it looks more fitting and better than the original idea in general.

I don't like the driveway under the house because the whole house stands literally on 4 columns because of it.
I like the back of the house more than the front honestly.
I could add rooms or a garage in there to cover up the ugly driveway but that's how the original house looked like and I didn't want to change that much. Also this house is big enough without adding more rooms. Besides I wanted to add my ideas to it to make it look better than to change the original vibe of the house.
I love how the inside turned out more than the outside of the house. Inside resembles the typical Italian house with the old, wooden furniture and plain, white walls.
I really love the kitchen, it looks like the heart of the house.
I hated the idea of the large bathroom downstairs, because it took so much space and Sims would have to go to the kitchen through the backyard. That would be ridiculous if someone would like to play in this house with seasons DLC.

Because I wanted to make this house to be a place where the head of mafia lives 🤭
That's why the office is all wood and expensive stuff.
I also made the colorful bedrooms to show the wild mediterranean vibe of these regions.

I don't like how big this house is compared to the lot that it's on and compared to the original Monty villa from Veronaville. But beside that I like the inside of the house because it gives that needed vibe of the family in my opinion.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed but they might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay on it.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

- Use Inaccessible Bed (It helps sims to reach beds if they need to.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
