Roth Remake is a renovated version of a Roth family house from Riverblossom Hills neighbourhood.
The adress is 208 Welsh Line in the game.

I always liked that Roth family lives in a reversed version of Goth family house. from Pleasantview.

What I renovated is a 208 Welsh Line from Riverblossom Hills, where Roth family originally lives and that is what you'll download here. A remaked version of their house.

Honestly I like what Electronic Arts did in this house. The original is nice but it needed just a little shaping and more details. First thing I noticed is that this house would look much better with balconies all around the house like in New Orleans styled house. So I added that! I also liked textures on walls that EA chose so I tried to leave what they did in most of the rooms but I spiced them up.
I have to admit that EA did a terrible job on the roof in this house, by using the automatic roof tool. So I fixed that as well.
I really like that every sim in this house has a story to tell about them and they all have their own style in the rooms. I wanted to keep that and just added some details to these rooms to spice up their stories.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftible Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

- Use Inaccessible Bed (It helps sims to reach beds if they need to.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
