Sell Skills to Grim Reaper

A cloned from Resurrect-O-Nomitron and I added feature "Sell Skills" (one point or all points). My sims like to play piano, chess, do painting and swimming, it's fine with me, they have free will on, but it's not fine if they already at max skills, they are not gaining something from it. If I'm going to edit those objects to disable autonomous it's just like turning off free will in setup which I dont like. So I made this hack, if they reached 10th level, then sell the 10th level or sell all skills and start over again. Why not free? Because my sims earned those skills and they deserves something in return. So another source of income for them.
Prices are:
1st level = 100
2nd level = 200
3rd level = 300
4th level = 400
5th level = 500
6th level = 600
7th level = 700
8th level = 800
9th level = 900
10th level = 1000
----
All skills = 5500 (1st - 10th level)

I dont know if this object is available in TS2 original, I didnt notice it.
