No spoiled food except pizza, chinese food and buffet table.
It only applies to food on plate and serving tray or bowl.

Here are the "taking longer to spoil" version:
- MQ_No_Spoiled_Food_12hrs = takes 12 hours before spoilage
- MQ_No_Spoiled_Food_24hrs = takes 24 hours before spoilage
