Beach Neighborhood: Rehoboth House (NO EP)
While this house isn't actually on the beach itself, it will fit in with that sort of neighborhood. It is a starter home imitating some of the houses that I saw this weekend in Rehoboth, Delaware, with a large front porch and typical pastel colors. It should be just right for your sims that live in warmer climates (as I suspect they all do). The EP is not required, there is no custom content, and it comes minimally furnished for just under 20,000 simoleans. Uses stealth stairs and other building cheats.
I spent a considerable amount of time fiddling with the roof, trying to get the porch and the balcony to look right. It was much more difficult than I anticipated, so I really hope you all enjoy it. It's basically a kitchen, a living room, and a loft on the second floor. While there is no ocean or swimming pool on the lot itself (wouldn't look right on a starter lot), you can imagine that it is just down the road.

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
