Requested split level house - Hillstreet nr. 54 - EP required / Hack Free

Hi all.

Mr. bigdoone asked me if i could build this house for him. So here it is.

It’s a 2 story/split level house on a 5x5 lot. Traditional, Southern, Luxury Style.

* EP pack is required. No hacks in the DL. *


Outdoor:
-> A nice garden with lots of plants, trees and bushes around the house.
-> A play house for teh kids in the front. Lots of toys.
-> A small secluded garden in the front with a fountain and seating. Access from the dining room.
-> A tennis court to the right.
-> A large patio (partly covered) with the pool, jacuzzi, seating area and a summer kitchen in the back.

1'rst floor:
-> Split level entrance/stair way. A piano under the stairs.
-> The Study.
-> 1'rst floors master bed room with a private seating area, WIC and 1,5 bath room.
-> The living room with a fireplace.
-> The dining room.
-> The family room with a new large 2 story panorama window.
-> The kitchen with a small pantry and a laundry room.
-> A 2 car garage
-> A small bath room with entrance from the back patio (summer kitchen)

2'nd floor:
-> The stair way with open view down to 1'rst floors living room, and on the other side down to the family room. A nice flower shelf frames the view down to the family room.
-> The kids rooms. 1 boy, 1 girl
-> The kids bath room with a tiny balcony facing the small secluded front garden.
-> The play room.
-> 2'nd floors master bed room with a private bath room and a terrace with seating overlooking the pool in the back.

1 fully furnished house @ 336.000 simoleons.
1 unfurnished house but with a complete kitchen with appliances @138.000 simoleons.

NOTE! You need to DL Fad D Half walls your self. For some strange reason they don’t get packed with the rest of the house.
