After having download a motherlode of sims stuff from here I decided It was time to give back! But... I don't know how to mod anything... so here is a house... the first house that I ever built and felt good enough about it to share!

It is a "bit" on the semitrical side:extremely so from the outside

I believe that it is Hack and custom content free(you'll probably wanna re-wallpaper/carpet)... I almost positive that I built it on a clean install... I'm not 100% positive that it is :/ just 99.9%

Anyway tell me whatcha think... and I might beable to cook some other homes up -- that is if you like it of course... if it turns out you hate then I wont ever subject you to my lack of talent ever again.
