Sim Avenue 1314 (Townhouse) requires UNI!

Hello everyone :howdy:
It has been a while since I uploaded a house but my life has been busy, busy
Anyway, with Nightlife soon hitting the shelves I decided to start fresh with no custom content in my buildings so I don't have to go through that humongous task of going through my download folder again in search of stuff that won't work with nightlife :argh:

So here is my new project:
I downloaded a superb neighbourhood from here laid out like a city and started with Simhattan
So far I have the downtown area almost complete with shops, policestation, city hall, Calvin Klein on Sim Avenue, The Bistro on Sim Avenue a public park and the City Library. These will all be uploaded at a later time

For now I am concentrating on the residential areas of my neighbourhood and this is the first lot to go in it. It's Sim Avenue 1314 and below are the specs:

Cost: 79.810$
Lot: Medium size
Garage: Yes
On foundation: No
Bathrooms: 3
Bedrooms: 2
Levels: 3

The entrance floor has a one car garage plus storage room, bathroom and a medium sized room that could be used as guestroom or spare tv room.

Middle floor is equipped with kitchen, bathroom, pantry, dining/living area and a little nook that could also be used as study.

Top floor has two spacious bedrooms with a nice view, both with walk in closets although the smaller bedroom has a very small area in the closet so might now want to go in there
Furthermore it has a nice sized bathroom and two more closets in the hallway that could be used as laundryroom or storage.

The house is built with bricks and is perfect for a medium sized family with large open rooms and a nice simple garden with an elegant patio perfect for sitting in the sun or entertaining your neighbours.

This house requires UNIVERSITY but uses NO custom content and NO hacks.
I did use the moveobjects cheat to make the sidewalk but thats it
