Move your sims into a new home! This is a one-story mansion decorated in warm brown hues with plenty of room for everyone in the family. It has two bedrooms, one bath, livingroom, family room, kitchen, dining, pool and even a bridge over a beautiful lake located near the back porch. I have not added a lot of furniture, knowing that you will have much more fun furnishing it with all of the custom content that you have collected. It also has a handsome double garage and is beautifully landscaped thoughout. This home is decorated entirely with maxis content, so it was a bit difficult choosing from thier wide array of color choices (lawd gawd, lol) so feel free to choose a better color combitnation to suit your tastes. The cost for this home is around $150k and the zip is about a 5Mb download. One of the best features is that this house is especially easy to navigate in your game with a full view of your sims at all times.
