Hello and welcome!

These are three little mansions I've built recently in my free time, inspired by some I've seen irl. Actually visiting various ancient manors (mostly abandoned ones) is one of my hobbies so there probably will be some more to come. Just as soon as I choose which ones I want to recreate because trust me, I've seen plenty by now.

Theodore Manor

Some people might think that the renovation of this house, which had been abandoned for decades, is a bit tacky. Others may argue that it's better than letting it crumble like so many other buildings that have been left to the elements for too long. Either way, we have the local church to thank for bringing this place back to life after owning it since it was first built!

The size is 50x50, the price is 128.745.



Foreman House

Not many people know this, but the original mansion collapsed ages ago and this new house was built on what was left of it. Originally, it was supposed to be a public library, but after some construction issues, it was closed and later rebuilt into the residential house we see today.

The size is 50x50, the price is 87.091.



Gianni Mansion

When you look at it now, it's hard to imagine that this place was once a small palace in its glory days. After being severely damaged by a massive fire and left in ruins for who knows how long, it was eventually rebuilt into something that resembles a typical house you'd see in the suburbs. It may not be the most historically accurate transformation, but it's definitely an improvement from just being a hangout spot for local kids to vandalize, don't you think?

The size is 50x50, the price is 73.176.



All three need some CC, specifically a couple of building sets by phoenix_phaerie, which you can find in the CC Required section. You can also see that I'm using a whole bunch of default replacements, but those are not required, of course.
