Victorian Style House [Lincoln Street 2] (5x5 164.000§)

This is a victorian style house. I used a plan and i have tried to build this house as accurate as possible after this plan. This is a 5x5 lot and costs 164.000 §.

This house has on the 1st floor
- master bedroom
- 2 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
- livingroom with fireplace
- large kitchen with breakfast corner
- study room
- garage which i have used as a fitness space.

and on the 2nd floor
- 2 children's rooms (or bedrooms)
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 hobby or study room

This house is partially furnished, and you can complete all rooms, because it's very easy to found the function of all rooms. It's suitable for a family with 2 kids.
