My latest home here.

I found a pic of this house a long tima ago, but has never been able to build it due to lack of mesh making knowledge. But now that the knowledge (or at least some of it) is in place I finally could build it.

The house are buildt on a 5x4 lot if i remember correctly.

Outside:
-> Driveway with parking for 1 car in the front. Also room for 1 extra car on the front right side. A decorative car maby as the drivable cars cant park sideways.
-> Swimingpool/jacuzi in the back.
-> The walkways and the lot are "fenced" in with my "New Short Mortar White Brick Wall Fence". LINK. Keeps the Sims walking where they are supposed to.

1'rst floor:
1 large open space divided by half walls only.
-> The entrance.
-> The Kitchen.
-> The living area with Dine, Relax, Tv, Pool and Music "sections" with entrance to a front patio and the back with the swiming pool.

2'nd floor:
-> The 2'nd floor hall with the office and entrance to 2 balconies.
-> The bath room.
-> The master bed room with private seeting and a balcony overseeing the swiming pool.
-> 2 small bed rooms.
1 furnished as a gust room with a single bed, seeting w tv and a computer.
The other is furnished as a gym/fun room.

This house is wery modestly furnished so you can fill it up with whatever your Sim may want.
