Well, I've finally done it. I've taken the plunge and designed a house to upload and share. After enjoying so many wonderful creations, I've decided to give back. Here is my first offering - hopefully, you'll like this one and there will be more!

It's called "Modern Mediterranean". It features two stories, 2-car garage, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a vaulted ceiling in the great room, a study/den/library, a fireplace, pool, covered porch off the kitchen, a sun deck next to the pool, and a covered balcony off the master suite.

I've checked it with CleanInstaller and it's good to go. I've left it unfurnished and partially landscaped, because half the fun of this game is landscaping and decorating...well, for me it is, anyway. The colour pallette is neutral and only the bathrooms have been furnished with Maxis original stuff.

Here's a list of the cutsom stuff, which is NOT INCLUDED! I figure if you have to visit the creator's sites, you just might stumble across something that you can't live without! These creators are some of my favourites and I highly recommend you download everything they've made!
