Hey everyone! This lot, Micro Mediterranean, has been sitting in my game for a while. I was bored one day and thought it might be fun to build something on the smallest lot size, 3x1. This is a small lot with a lot of character. My inspiration was the architecture of the Spanish Mediterranean, but this house isn't modeled after any building in particular. It's furnished with all Maxis content; the only CC is three of my own walls.

Lot Layout:

- Small kitchen
- Dining room for four
- Living room
- Office/loft
- 2 bedrooms
- 1.5 bathrooms
- Patio with grill and seating for four

The furnishings are warm and comfy, and I left some open space for you to add things like exercise equipment, craft stations, or entertainment items.

The lot is a bit expensive for its small size, you might remove some of the decorations and fences to make it more affordable. I hope you enjoy this home, it was a really fun and easy build. Check out my profile for more unique homes!
