Description:
Extended version of Newbie Road 07/07a: Two-story starter house for 2-3 Sims, furnished, some landscaping/decoration.

1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x livingroom
1 x nursery
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove; there's enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: One or two more rooms on the top floor (above the spare room/nursery) are very easy to add.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
