Description:
Starter house for 2-3 sims, furnished, with open kitchen/dining area and porch in front and back. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. A driveway will fit nicely (it's within the starter budget, so it could be added right away).

Expandability: Adding a top floor would require some reconstruction ... I would probably prefer moving.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
