Description:
Small starter house for 1-2 Sims, fully furnished, open kitchen/dining area, with basement. And garden. And driveway.

1 x kitchen/dining/livingroom
1 x basement (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove and a chess set (indoor). Driveway included.

Expandability: Theoretically a second floor, but I don't really see that happen. You can enlarge the basement a bit more though, that should be very easy.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
