Description:
Family house with 7 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms and room for five cars (3 driveways + 2 extensions). Furnished for 3-4, two driveways included, some landscaping/decoration. Very playable (tested with a family of 7).

3 x double bedroom (1 furnished)
4 x single bedroom (3 furnished)
4 x bathroom (3 furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining/living
1 x living room

Basic appliances included: lights, 2x toilet (1x expensive), shower/tub combo, fridge (expensive), kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove and an easel.

Expandability: Top floor shouldn't be hard (stairs can go up right next to the existing stairs - would even work for a small attic).


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
