***Sorry, I keep forgetting that some people with NL don't have Uni. I have both, so it's probably safe to say that you need both expansions for any of my lots. Also, please tell me if this house works for you, because it's not working in my friend's game, even though it's fine in mine.***

I built a house for Miien's Pixie, but she wanted a place of her own, something modern, gray and black, with a pool and a rooftop terrace.

So here it is! There're no fancy building techniques, because I like easily playable lots. But you do get a 2x2 with 3-5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2-vehicle driveway/garage, pool and rooftop terrace. All for the low, low price of 51,283 Simoleons!

The house is UNFURNISHED.
