Description:
Mainly a proof of concept, but then the house turned out quite cute so I thought I'd upload it anyway. I basically just wanted to know whether fresh-out-of-CAS sims could afford the fancy sports car without having to sleep under a bridge ... turns out they can, but they'll have to put up with really minimal housing for a while.

1 x double bedroom (furnished as single)
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower, fridge, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. No kitchen sink, no decoration.

Expandability: Adding a top floor shouldn't be hard.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
