This has been requested here - same as the back house on Newbie Road 67, just without the other house and on a smaller lot. It's a small two-story house for 1-2 sims, with porch and two fireplaces. Some landscaping/decoration.

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, burglar alarm, trash can, phone, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has two fireplaces and enough room for a driveway.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
