This is a Global PoolTable modification.

It gives you a power to give your sims pool skills at a moment.
I just enabled two debug menus for those playes who dont use debug cheat mode.
Select how much and check at "Show skill"
Also I reduced play attraction to make sims less madabout pooltable play.
