I had an old lot as a home-business restaurant. I liked it very much because the money arrives very easily, clients are easy to convince, employees are cheap and easy to manage (nothing to do )...
It is not a palace with a cost of 103 000, It is quite a starter for businessman, you can gain badges and money quickly, even have an over community business or a job.
