Yay Seasons! Well what if you don’t have it? Well then we just have to pretend, try this on for size! The lot is 2/3rds water and without the bridge no sim could get onto the island where the house sits. This is the definitive place for peace and quiet.
This fisherman’s shack is tiny, with room for a single sim. It has a bath with a toilet and shower, a teensy bedroom with a single bed and a miniscule walkway. The front door opens into the combined kitchen/dining/living area. Don’t worry there’s plenty of counter space to prepare the catch of the day or maybe some grilled cheese when the weathers poor.
To the left of the house is an outdoor eating area with a grill and a small table and chairs, a nice place to sit with friends after a long day of relaxing. Just beyond it is the private pier that over looks the main section of the lake. Feel like picnicking or trying for some trout? This is the perfect spot for either one. Enjoy!
