This is my first lot upload, so please let me know if anything goes wrong, although I don't think it should. I do have ALL EPs and ALL stuff packs, and since this house is fully furnished, you probably should also.

Now, let me start off by saying that I wouldn't normally upload a house at all, and this isn't really one of my best, in fact I used a blueprint that I had here to create most of it. It's really quite a simple structure, but I thought it was really beautiful when it was finished, and I thought maybe others would enjoy it!

It is built on a 3x3 lot, and fully furnished it costs $181,460. It features a spacious deck with a sunken spa, attractive landscaping, an open kitchen/living/dining area, fireplace, reading room, and a small deck off the back which overlooks a small fishing pond.
In total there are 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms.
The master bedroom includes a walk in closet, and large bathroom with a built in shower.
The upper level offers an interior balcony with a beautiful view of the lower level, and also a small observation deck off the front of the house. Also upstairs is a small study room, equipped with computer, chess table, and a couch for relaxing.
