Don't know why this name, but it seems the right one for this lot (and it's tuned on my current mood, absolutely lost).

This house is a modern and futuristic home for a single sim.
3x3 (or 2x3, it's strange, I've got different info about that), it cost about 97000 simoleon.

Large living room, large kitchen and bathroom on the groundfloor.
Open bedroom and another bathroom on the first floor.
Pool, nice garden and a lovely patio for relaxing moments.
