Hi friends. Hope you'll enjoy this little and playable lot.

The lot – Asimov lighthouse (directly from my Walhalla neighb. Where the little people is living a mystic and space themed history).

We all do hope that this lighthouse will avoid any further U.F.O. accident.

This is a residential lot for a single sim or a couple.
I used the olemantiker tunnel to design the car place. Other stuff by olemantiker is listed in the CCs list.
Kitchen and living on the ground floor (and a bathroom), bedroom and another spacious bathroom of the first floor. Next to main building is the fun room (for great parties) with hot bathtube and an old fashioned jukebox.
Large pool, transparent columns with fountains inside, as well as in the lighthouse structure, on the roof.

I have all EPs and stuff packs, probably you need the same for running this lot.

Cleaned, checked and tested in game, for 6 sim days.
