Hi there.
This is a new lovely home for your single sims or young couple without kids, There's a lot of space for pets; also for gardening and fishing with Seasons, but this house was planned mostly for sims who like social life and parties, and - this is important - with a zen vision of the world.

The house has a large living room with a space dedicated to the music (yes, the name of the lot is the name of the band of the sim who lived there, and let me say long life to rock'n'roll).

Large kitchen, large bedroom which leads to the pool and lake, two bathrooms, nice glass walls with plants inside.
Alarms and phone already put in discrete points.

I've tested the lot playing for about 4 sim-days.
Probably you'll have to make some adjustments, it depends on your playing style.

No custom contents but the Maxis Frou-Frou Lion (it was a pain because I'm definetively addicted to the CCs and my downloads folder is becaming bigger and bigger, but every day I found something really good here on MTS2!)
