This is a close reproduction of the house I live in.

I only have the Base Game, so this should work for everyone! I've only included Maxis objects.

House Features:
This is a ranch-style house with room for expansion. A staircase can easily be added along the hallway leading to the Master Bedroom.

This house features a covered front porch and a small patio in the back. The dormer with 3 windows adds a roomy feel to the living room (I'm not sure if lights from dormers are rendered below, but I did remove the 'back' wall of the dormer just in case!

The front two bedrooms have nooks that would be perfect for a desk or dresser.

The ample Master bedroom as an ensuite bath. Both Master bath and bedrooms are large enough that you could turn one into an extra bedoom if need be.

I've included basic Maxis furnishings. I've positioned the furniture as I have them in my own home.
