Another small lot for the hood. This one is a 2x2 2 story house. There is no custom content and its a pretty simple layout.
First floor has a living room, kitchen and dining room along with a small guest bathroom.
2nd floor has 5 rooms which i would do the smallest room being the bathroom and depending on your sims family would simply make up the rest of the rooms as needed. Enjoy
