Dutch New England style with attached garage, $19981 furnished

This New England style home with dormers has a dutch roof and an attached garage. It has three bedrooms, all large enough for a double bed, and two full baths. The house and 3x2 lot take most of the money, so furnishings are just the basics to get 1 or 2 sims through the first few days. Hey, walls with $3 paint instead of $2 paint were luxury items, here. The house squeaks in at $19,981. Hope your sim likes to catch butterflies or read as the poor sim does not even have a cheap radio.

Here is the house with that illusive attached garage for a house with foundation. I figured out how to do this after reading MIKE INSIDE's tutorial on how to build a split level house....just put the garage on the lower level before you start.
