Airy Executive Entertainer, $171K, 4x4 lot

This house is designed for wealthier sims who like to entertain guests. It is airy (large), but is designed to not look "oversized". The house is intended for the family to live primarily on one level, but to have the loft and basement available for entertaining guests or storing that extra bowling alley.
The lot is 4x4, but is structured to play acceptably on my older computer (which usually does not like large lots). The plantings are made with the limitations of Maxis Gardeners in mind.

This house, by the way, is the one I was working on when I updated the blueprint tiles to include all rotations, and its blueprint is the one you see laying out on the ground in that post.
