Oh, all right, there is no "brownstone" wall paint in the basegame. This is a brickhouse paint on a Brownstone layout. The lot is built as a "block" of three brownstones, with basement efficiencies and three story 'houses'. The middle one is furnished and finished, and intended to be the "house" that comes with the lot. All the other 'houses' and 'apartments' are just provided as facade to get that city look. Of course, you can do whatever you want with the extra space in your game.
