This urban barber shop or hair salon is presently for sale--and available to your sims. It works as an owned or unowned business. Only the corner barber shop is set up; the other building space on the block is only there for an urban facade.


If you do not intend to own the business, I recommend removing the door to the employee break room. If you run the business, you will need to price items on the shelves if you wish to sell them (and also the magazine rack if you wish to sell magazines...do not worry, this sells magazines not the rack).
