Regula 1

Regula 1 is a Federation science station in the Regula system. It made its appearance in Star Trek 2- The Wrath of Khan. This is a 5x5 community lot with plenty of interior space.
This is the "fire sale" edition. Except for minimal lighting, it comes completely unfurnished. (file size was prohibitive) I didn't include a residential lot, having a house this size would drive most sims insane. There's a lot of CC packaged into this lot, so if your system's not up to it, don't download it. Also, the lot is 11 levels high, it works best with a camera hack.
