My second house for TS3 HAD to be a modern. I love modern architecture so much, and this house is done in somewhat of a minimalistic fashion. There wasn't any super complex CFE going on, just a few dummy levels. Anyway, the inside is decorated somewhat sparsely, as I love big open spaces. I used white extensively on the exterior and interior; I love the clean, modern look it gives the home. Of course, there are splashes of color here and there.
