This lovely home was created with the intent to be a colonial home, but I think i might have strayed a little from there. Still it is very nice to live in. My sims should know. The house has a simple and straight-forward design. Kitchen-Foyer-Living Room, in that order from front view. The dwelling has seven closets through-out, one in garage door foyer, one in the family room, one in Master bedroom, and two small ones in the two smaller rooms.

As grandeur as the quarters seems the backyard is as splendid! With a modest pool an athlete would love, you can bet that your sims will be more than overjoyed to have such an elegant pool in their mitts. With enough stone to in this pool to beat out a quarry, your sims can count on the the fact that their friend's will talk to theme less in jealousy.
