The pleasant people of Kaiser Street were so overjoyed of the color in the community that we here at Dream-builder decided we wanted to build MORE color in the community. This, yet again, totally "uninspired" idea got much more praise throughout the area. And now we are here at 351 Kaiser Street. A house to get if your afraid of flooding. Why? Because it's built on stilts. What a revelation.
