The Emporium is owned by Ralph, a former Llamahead who married into a branch of the O'Mackey family. Ralph's business acumen has taken the Emporium to rank 10 and Ralph nets $5-7K a day, more if he uses a Dazzle on the flat screen TV.

Ralph handles the salesmanship himself but business is so good he has had to hire a cashier and a stocker. Both are long-term employees, probably because they enjoy watching their own flat-screen in the breakroom. Ralph has also thoughtfully installed a private restroom and two stoves so the guys don't trip over themselves at lunch.

Ralph has fully stocked the Emporium but left room for you to add your favorite custom electronics and such. Ralph has upgraded the exterior with about 9K worth of landscaping which can easily be removed if price is a factor. The new owner may find the interior a little boxy but less so than say, your average Best Buy. The layout is extremely functional and you will have a blast selling expensive stuff to hapless townies.

Contains no content from FT/AL?Ikea but was packaged after installation of those EPs.
