Villa Nova - a scandinavian-style eco-house

I present to you my lovechild, Villa Nova. It's also my first upload, yay for all the nervous biting of fingernails!





Fun facts:
-$124,891
-comes furnished
-3 bedrooms, each of them big enough for 2 (or 3!) sims
-2 bathrooms
-kitchen / dining area has a bar
-sauna and pool
-extensively playtested - smooth to play
-pretty realistic
-has a funky tower with a rooftop garden nevertheless!

In my game, it is lived in by a toddler and his big sister, their parents and grandpa, and four cats. I removed the cat-related stuff from the lot though, for your convenience, in case the cat hair remaining in the scratching post would cause an allergic reaction in your sims.

The house has been built using largely natural materials: stone, bamboo, etc. - in a modern fashion of course. The garden is a pleasure to hang out in, and has a chess corner, a tiny hill for stargazing purposes, and a small greenhouse. The pond runs under the patio as a stream. There's also plenty of free space in the garden, so you can plop a pet house there, build a playground or an extension, whatever your sims desire.
