The master bedroom also has a door leading directly to the back porch.

Second floor attic has a large bedroom with en suite bath, plus a desk and easel on the landing. This bedroom is furnished with two single beds, and is perfect for teens who are too cool to live downstairs with the rest of the family.

Covered porch in the front, and another that wraps from the right side to the back. Large yard features pool and BBQ area, with lots of landscaping and space leftover.
The house is built on a corner lot, with street access to the right. A two car parking area is accessed from this street on the right, so this house is best placed on a corner. Sims 3 allows you to place the car anywhere and they are still usable, because the Sims don't drive their cars out of their garages/driveways, so it would be possible to play this house on a non-corner, but it would look funny.
