i have another modern to share with you all. i find this type of style my niche and i try to improve with every build. i do of course build other types but for the moment i am still building moderns. this home is open plan on a 40x40 lot still with enough room for outdoor activities.



this lot features:

4 bedrooms (1 is a nursery)

3 bathrooms

large open plan living room

home theater

study

large deck overlooking pool

2 balconies

stargazing platform

as usual it has a lush garden (my favourite part to do when building) and a combination of wood and stone for the exterior facade. it would not look out of place in any modern neighbourhood and partially reminds me of a modern interpretation of a cabin.
