Another little home from Morikipo Island, this time I managed to actually keep it at a starter home price even furnished! The two bedrooms and main bathroom are all accessed off the central courtyard, which also serves as the dining area. The secondary half bath is a convenient way to keep growing families at full bladder contentment- or can be ripped out to make a tiny storage space or closet for naughty children.
