Balcony Bambu - A tiny home for tiny lots.

From my tropical neighborhood of Morikipo Island, I took a break from community lots and trying to get terrain to behave to make a little home on one of the smallest lots- 25x25 tile. While small this is not a starter home, costing almost $45,000 unfurnished and almost $75,000 furnished.

The downstairs bedroom is small and spartan (but comfortable!), the upstairs master bedroom and bath a bit more spacious. The dining room is perfect for formal dinner parties and the balconies lovely places to enjoy a bit of the outdoors- especially the private balcony for the master bedroom that has its own lush meditation garden complete with sculptures.

The scenery in the screen shots is my WIP Morikipo Island, the custom road texture is by me, based off EA flagstone.

No CC was used, no EA store content either. It's plug-and-play for anyone with WA and the latest patches. I hope you enjoy it!
