Hello all. This time I decided to build... a bigger lot. And what a lot it turned out to be! With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 en-suits, this house is sure to please your richer sims! Not only is it exquisite on the inside, but on the outside, anyone walking by would have no choice but to pick their jaw up from the ground. Probably about 3 times, I don't know, just a guess. :p
Anyways, on to the features:

Okay then, and on to the price... and, actually, it's pretty low. Furnished you can get it for $198,462 and Unfurnished $91,288.
And all of this... er... house... Mansion... is on a 40x30 lot.
