This was actually the second house I made in the Small lot project but the first wasn't accepted so here goes the second.





This is a tiny house built on the smallest (10x10) lot and costing under 16,500 which means you don't need to cheat to buy this house.

The furnishings are basic but enough to live comfortably as your sim collects some simoleons to buy more items. The garden is small due to the size of the lot itself but a few roses out front help to make the roadside view more attractive.

There is also no custom content.
