I'd like to present you my new house, Sunrise Cottage



This small lovely house is fit for 1-3 sims.

There are...
- Combined kitchen, dining and livingroom
- A bathroom + a toilet
- 2 bedrooms on the attic, 1 master-, one single-.
- Little sitting corner on the attic
- Covered porch with seating
- Small patio with a small area reserved for a fruit garden (unplanted)
- Parking for 1 car
- Rich flowerbeds/a lot of plants (as usual)
