Two-story house furnished for up to four sims (three kids/adults, one baby/toddler), with a several spare rooms in the basement and attic. This is built on a very small lot (15 x 20) so that it will fit into relatively dense urban or industrial areas.



The stacked stairs work fine, I tested (and rebuilt >.< ) specifically for that.

– Cornices 2 and 3 by Awesims
– Just-A-Column 4/4 and 5/4 by Flabaliki – these don't seem to be online any more, so I’m attaching them here as a separate download
